As used on the Site, the terms "you" and "your" mean any person who views, accesses, uses, or obtains information from the Site or who obtains information by monitoring activity to and from the Site.

Who we are and what we do

EarthShip provides US-based package forwarding and buy-for-me shopping for customers around the world. Every account includes a free, tax-free US shipping address, up to 45 days of free warehouse storage, and consolidation of multiple packages into a single shipment — saving members up to 80% on international shipping costs. We currently ship to more than 200 countries and have served 3,353+ customers across 78,545+ parcels, with an average customer rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "as is" for your information and personal, non-commercial use only.

User representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity to comply with this Agreement; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation, including customs and import regulations of your destination country.

Prohibited and restricted items

Shipments processed through EarthShip must comply with our prohibited items policy and our hazardous materials guidelines, as well as the customs regulations of the destination country. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or dispose of any package that violates these policies without liability to you.

Payments and refunds

We accept payment via Zain Cash, Zelle, and major credit and debit cards for shipping fees, consolidation, and buy-for-me orders. All charges are calculated using live carrier rates at the time of shipment creation or checkout. Please review our refunds policy for information on cancellations, unused services, and how refunds are issued.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall EarthShip, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is governed by our limits of liability policy.

Governing law

This Agreement and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable US law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to this agreement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes to this Agreement at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of updates.
