1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EarthShip's website, mobile app, and services, including your free US suite address, package forwarding, warehouse consolidation, buy‑for‑me purchasing, and international shipping to 200+ countries. By creating an EarthShip account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your EarthShip Account

When you register, you receive a free, unique US suite address that retailers ship to on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, ensuring your account details are accurate, and reviewing shipments in your dashboard before you request them to be sent onward.

3. Package Forwarding & Consolidation

• Packages arriving at your suite address are photographed, weighed, and logged in your dashboard, typically within one business day.
• You may combine multiple packages into a single consolidated shipment, saving up to 80% on international freight versus shipping each item separately.
• All eligible packages receive 45 days of free warehouse storage from the date of arrival before storage fees may apply.
• Shipping charges are calculated from live carrier rates at checkout — see Shipping rates and dimensional weight for how pricing is determined.

4. Buy‑For‑Me Service

Our Buy‑for‑me service lets you send us a product link from any US retailer and we purchase it on your behalf, then add it to your suite for forwarding. You are responsible for providing accurate product links and payment for the item plus our service fee; EarthShip is not the seller or manufacturer of any buy‑for‑me item and is not liable for retailer stock, pricing, or return policies.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Certain goods cannot be shipped internationally due to carrier, customs, or safety restrictions. Before requesting a shipment, review our Prohibited items and Hazardous materials pages. EarthShip may refuse, hold, or dispose of any package that violates these restrictions or the laws of the origin or destination country.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your destination country. Where applicable, U.S. purchases forwarded through EarthShip may qualify for tax‑free shipping on sales tax; however, this does not exempt your shipment from destination‑country customs charges. 7. Payments

EarthShip accepts payment via Zain Cash, Zelle, and major cards. All shipping, consolidation, and buy‑for‑me charges must be paid in full before a shipment is dispatched or a purchase is placed. Prices shown at checkout reflect live carrier rates and are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

8. Limits of Liability

EarthShip's liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited as described in our Limits of liability page. We recommend declaring accurate values and purchasing additional carrier insurance for high‑value items.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility for shipping charges, consolidation fees, and buy‑for‑me purchases is described in our Refunds policy. Requests should be submitted through Contact us as soon as possible after the issue arises.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

EarthShip may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, ship prohibited items, engage in fraud, or misuse the Buy‑for‑me service. You may close your account at any time by contacting support once all outstanding shipments and balances are settled.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the EarthShip website and mobile app, including logos, text, and design, is the property of EarthShip or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. Continued use of EarthShip after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EarthShip's principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
