• Account details — name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and password.
• Shipment data — package contents, declared value, weight and dimensions, carrier tracking numbers, and photos taken at our warehouse.
• Payment information — processed via Zain Cash, Zelle, or card payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Buy‑for‑me requests — product links, retailer accounts, and order confirmations you share so we can purchase on your behalf.
• Usage data — device, browser, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to create and maintain your free US suite address, consolidate and repack packages (saving members up to 80% on international freight), calculate live carrier rates, process tax‑free US purchases, provide 45 days of free warehouse storage, fulfil buy‑for‑me orders, communicate shipment status, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

4. How We Share Information

We share the minimum information necessary with international carriers (for customs and delivery), payment processors (Zain Cash, Zelle, card networks), and retailers when fulfilling buy‑for‑me requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

EarthShip services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
